Puchong Curry Fish Head

 It was a another rainy day, me and my family decided to have some Spicy stuff for our dinner, just near from my house, the neighbourhood shop lots, there have a famous curry fish head.
Portion for this Clay pot curry fish head is big, curry is very heavy, the dense can be adjust base on your taste, for me, i like the heavy one, mixed with white rice, is a very good match.
Ingrediant is the normal the curry fish head we can found outsdie, but fish wise, you can choose either the fried fish head, or also only boneless fish fillet.
for Those not the curry lover, they may also can choose for the Steam fish haed,is the signature ginger steam fih head, you can enjoy more the fish frehness.
