Let's go to South- Johor Bahru


This time, come to south Malaysia, Johor Bahru. other then kuey teow soup is famous, seafood also a must try in JB.
Restaurant Todak is located at Teluk Jawa. The restaurnt is HALAL and an aboriginal concept (Orang Asli) restaurant, other then nice seaview toward Singapore port, seafood is fresh to cook and you can choose what ever you like to eat.

From Crab, lobster, fish, prawm till cockle, all is fresh and alive.
After selected all my favourite seafood, is time to decide how to cook.
for lobster, cook with ginger onion, Crab is steam with egg, and cockle is Thai style salad and fry with sambal.
