What the special for this beef noodle?Yap, this is Taiwan beef noodle, other then soup is full of the taste of beef bone, the noodle is not the normal noodle to match with this dish, it is noodle make from soy, we call it " tau qian".
soft and tender beef bellies, it is need the correct and good management of time to cook it, when put into mouth, have the effect of melting softly without hard.
